1. Who we are

Buy From Developer is operated by PrimarTech Ltd, registered in Cyprus under number HE 453001, 61 Agiou Pavlou Street, Nicosia 1107, Cyprus (“we”, “us”).

By using this website or submitting a request, you accept these terms.

2. What the service is

Buy From Developer is a buyer enquiry platform. You describe the new-build property you are looking for in Cyprus.

We verify your contact details, complete your buyer profile and make your request available to selected property developers whose projects may be relevant to your stated requirements.

Developers who believe they may have a suitable option may purchase access to your contact details and contact you directly.

3. What the service is not

We are not an estate agent and we do not carry out estate agency work.

• We do not sell, market or promote any specific property.
• We do not select or recommend properties, organise viewings or negotiate.
• We take no part in any reservation, contract or payment between you and a developer.
• We do not provide legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.

4. Free for buyers

The service is free for buyers. We do not charge you any fee or commission.

Developers pay us to access verified buyer enquiries. We receive no commission on any sale.

5. Developers are independent

Each developer is an independent company. We do not verify developers’ projects, licences, financial standing, title deeds, planning permissions or prices, and we make no representation about them.

Any discussion, offer, reservation or contract is solely between you and the developer. We are not a party to it and accept no liability for it.

Always verify the legal status of a property and appoint your own independent lawyer before signing or paying anything.

6. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• any developer will contact you,
• a suitable property exists or is available,
• any price, delivery date or specification is accurate,
• you will find a property.

Developers decide on their own whether to purchase access to your request.

7. Your commitments

You confirm that you are at least 18, that you are actively looking for a new-build property in Cyprus, and that the information you provide is accurate and yours.

You agree to keep your request up to date and to let developers know if your plans change.

You will not:

• submit requests on behalf of others without their consent,
• submit false or duplicate requests,
• use the service to collect information about developers for other purposes.

8. Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, who receives it and how to withdraw your consent.

By submitting a request, you ask to be contacted directly by selected developers whose projects may be relevant to your requirements.

9. Withdrawing your request

You can withdraw your request at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Developers that purchased access to your details before your withdrawal have already received them.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a developer, from information provided by a developer, or from your reliance on general information published on this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to PrimarTech Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your country of residence.
