Buy From Developer is operated by PrimarTech Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 453001, with its registered office at 61 Agiou Pavlou Street, Nicosia 1107, Cyprus.

2. What this service does

Buy From Developer is a buyer enquiry platform. You tell us what kind of new-build property you are looking for in Cyprus.

We verify your contact details, complete your buyer profile and make your request available to selected property developers whose projects may be relevant to your requirements.

Developers who believe they may have a suitable option purchase access to your contact details and contact you directly. We do not sell property and we do not charge buyers.

3. Data we collect

Data you give us in the request form

• First name and last name
• Email address
• WhatsApp number with its country code
• Country of residence
• Preferred locations, property type, number of bedrooms and budget range
• Purpose, buying timeline, planned visit to Cyprus and month
• Your consent choices

Data you give us on WhatsApp or by email after your request

• Financing preference
• Preference for off-plan or completed property
• Preferred contact channel
• Updates to your request and your replies to our follow-up messages

Data generated by our systems

• Dates and times of your request and of your email and WhatsApp confirmations
• The text of the consent you gave
• The source of your visit, for example a social network
• The status of your request
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type

4. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

• To verify your contact details and complete your buyer profile: performance of the service you requested.
• To make your request available to selected developers, without your name or contact details, and to provide your contact details to a developer that purchases access: your consent, given by ticking the box in the request form. You can withdraw it at any time (section 9).
• To contact you about your request, check whether you are still looking and update your profile: performance of the service and our legitimate interest in keeping requests current.
• To send you buyer guides and updates: your separate, optional consent.
• To keep records of consents, purchases and complaints: our legitimate interest in demonstrating compliance and handling disputes.

5. Who receives your data

Selected property developers in Cyprus

Before purchase, a developer sees your requirements without your name, email or phone number.

After purchase, the developer receives your name, verified email, verified WhatsApp number and your full property requirements, for the purpose of contacting you about your request.

Each developer is an independent company and an independent data controller for its own processing. The recipients are property developers operating in the locations you selected.

Authorities

Only where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data to anyone other than as described above, and we do not share it with agencies or unrelated companies.

6. Where your data is stored

Your data may be stored and processed outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States, by our service providers.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your request active while you confirm that you are still looking. If you do not respond to our follow-up messages, your request is paused and no longer made available to developers.

We delete or anonymise request data 24 months after your last confirmation. We keep consent and purchase records for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance and handle disputes.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and correct it
• have it deleted
• restrict or object to its processing
• receive it in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9. How to withdraw your consent or stop your request

• Reply “Stop” to any of our WhatsApp messages,
• click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails,
• or write to contact@buyfromdeveloper.com.

Your request is then withdrawn and no longer made available to developers.

Developers that purchased access to your details before your withdrawal have already received them. You can ask them directly to stop contacting you. On request, we will tell you which developers received your details.

10. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. A cookie named “cookieyes-consent” keeps your cookie choice for 12 months, so that we do not ask you again on every page. Our website host may also set a technical cookie to route traffic and protect the site.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at the moment. If we add them, they will only be set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and this section will list them.

You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom left of every page.

11. Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
